Free trial classes are available of all experience levels. We offer one free trial class to get you started.

What should I expect in my first free trial session? 

Students will begin with a tour of the space and then do 15 minutes of basic fundamentals and end with a Q & A withe the coach.

What should I wear?

Students should wear close toed shoes and athletic clothing. Please bring a water bottle.
