What do we focus on?

Our fitness team will meet your young athlete where they are at. Our program is designed with the following principles at the forefront:

  • Strong development of fundamental athletic movements for any sport. Our fitness classes are NON-SPORT SPECIFIC, and are taken by athletes of several different sports: fencing, softball, basketball, etc.

  • Emphasis on correct form, stability, coordination, and body control to navigate sports safely, prevent injury, and become a well-rounded athlete.

  • The progression of movements and skills week-by-week to focus on improvement while facing new challenges. No class looks the same!

  • The development of confidence and self-empowerment of young athletes.

Group Class Schedule

 

Mondays

Speed, Agility, Strength

One class option: 6:30PM - 7:00PM or 7:00PM - 7:40PM (Strength Only)

Ages 13-17

Wednesdays

Speed, Agility, Strength

Three class options: 5:00 - 5:30 PM, 7:00PM - 7:30PM, & 8:30PM - 9:00PM* (*Elite Fencing ONLY)

Ages 10 - 17

Fridays

Speed, Agility, Strength

One class option: 6:30PM- 7:00PM

Ages 8 - 13

$15 or Free with 2 or 3 Class Fencing Membership
